There isn't a Nikon Underwater Camera on the market but there are methods to make your camera into an underwater digital camera. Now before the purists jump up and down I know Nikonos was produced by Nikon but they stopped production in 2001, probrbly after predicting the huge influence the digital camera was about to make in the world of photography. So now the only way to get yourself a Nikon underwater camera is to buy some type of underwater camera housing and put your own camera in it.
Depending on your level of photography will depend on what type of underwater camera housing you should buy. For just splashing about on the waters surface will swimming down in a pool then you could simply put your Nikon in a waterproof camera bag.
If you want to take your camera diving however this just wont do. You will need a more structured housing to produce a Nikon underwater camera. Now again you will have some descions to make but the main one will be the type of camera you have, or will have.
